Help us help you

Please include:

• The product name and the version you use.
• Your order number, if it is about a purchase.
• Your Minecraft version and server software.
• What you expected, what happened instead, and any error from the console (paste the text).
• The key ID of your license, if it is about a license. Never send the key itself.
