Refund Policy

Once a purchase is complete you can download the product straight away, so we cannot take it back. We do not refund purchases for any reason, including a change of mind or a product that does not suit your server, plugins or software version.

Please read the product page, the supported versions and the changelog before you buy, and ask us first if you are unsure.

Open a support ticket with your order number. We will help you get the product working, and fix real bugs in an update.

This policy does not limit any right you have under the law where you live that cannot be waived.

Please contact us before opening a dispute. Access to disputed products is suspended until the dispute is resolved.
