Where your files are
Sign in and open your
account page. Every product you bought is listed there with a download button. If you bought a product with extras that include their own file, the extra's file is listed with the product.
Only paid orders can download
A download unlocks when the payment provider has confirmed your payment. If you paid and the button is not there yet, wait a minute and refresh the page.
Updates
Updates are free. When we release one, it is made available to owners from the same place. See "Updating a product".
Something is missing?
If a paid order shows no download after a few minutes, open a ticket on the
support page and include your order number.
