Get your Discord role

Customers get a role on our Discord server for the products they own. It is given automatically once three things are true:

1. You signed in on the website with your Discord account (or connected it from your account page).
2. You are a member of our Discord server.
3. Your purchase is confirmed.

I paid but have no role

Run /sync in Discord. It checks your purchases and gives you the roles you should have. If you have not joined the server yet, join first and then run it.

Why was my role removed?

A role goes away when the access behind it goes away, for example after a refund or a disputed payment.
