How to buy a product

Before you start

You need an account with a confirmed email address. If you do not have one yet, read "Create an account and sign in".

Buying

1. Open a product from the shop and read its details, the versions it supports and what is included.
2. If the product has options (for example support or extras), choose the ones you want. Press Add to cart.
3. Open your cart. Enter a discount code if you have one and press Apply.
4. Choose how to pay and finish on the payment page. You can still change your mind there.

Good to know

• The server works out the final price at checkout. The price on the product page is what you pay, plus any tax your payment provider adds.
• Discount codes work with PayPal only. Remove the code if you want to pay another way.
• Your cart is saved on this device, so you can come back to it later.
• Your order is confirmed by the payment provider before anything is unlocked. This usually takes a few seconds.
